COVID – 19 Update
Milan Industries is committed to both the health and wellbeing of our staff members, our clients, and our visitors.
With regard to coronavirus (COVID-19) we are closely monitoring the situation and are following the guidance from the World Health Organisation and local public health authorities in the cities and regions affected globally where we have staff operating.
Milan Industries has a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in place that permits our staff to work remotely and be accessible to you via the usual channels: online portal, email and telephone and we enacted this plan on the 14th of March 2020.
Our primary aim by enacting our BCP Plan was to ensure minimal disruption to your business and our services, as well as reducing risk as much as possible for our team and the wider community.
We intend to continue fulfilling our SLAs and meeting our high standards of support as we face this challenging time.
We understand that your business may be facing some unique challenges considering the current situation, and I want to assure you that our team is ready to help as usual.
During this time, onsite works are only for essential items, and all non-essential onsite visits will be cancelled, this is to ensure that we limit our movements in accordance with the advice given by the WHO, Australian Government, and to ensure the wellbeing for our staff, clients and visitors.
All office visitations are currently by appointment only, please ensure that you discuss with your point of contact that you would like to visit first before attending our office.
This is truly uncharted territory for all, and although there are some tough times ahead, We are always available to work with you through this period to ensure that your business is able to come out of this in the best possible shape.
