George is the Founder and Principal Consultant of To Be Consulting. To Be Consulting specialises in B2B (& B2B2C) sales growth and client management consulting solutions, helping companies accelerate their business growth in a disciplined and sustainable way.
Prior to starting To Be Consulting, George was Chief Commercial Officer for the Pacific at Aon and as a Member of Pacific Executive Team, was responsible for growth strategies, including leading all sales and client management teams, bid management and customer experience. George’s business responsibilities included the HR and management consulting practices and corporate superannuation brand, smartMonday. George was also a Member of the Asia Pacific and Middle East Commercial Council, accountable for driving growth across the entire region.
During his 10-year tenure with Aon, George led the Victorian Rewards Consulting Practice and specialised in sales incentive design and executive remuneration across the banking, tech, food and beverage, not for profit, property and professional services sectors. Prior to Aon, George also worked for GE and AXA Australia. George started his career at Village Cinemas and for 9 years worked in cinema operations and in the Film Buying Department.
George is an experienced key-note speaker and frequently presents at corporate offsites and conferences on the topics of sales, client relationships and purpose-led growth.
